Stronger Credibility
The company history and facility scale are given more weight and context.
This updated About page presents Cai Hong as a mature and credible production company, while keeping the factual history and business identity intact.
Opened in 2005, Cai Hong was formerly the offset printing subsidiary of Epoch Press in Paterson, New Jersey. Under the guidance of founder Mrs. Tjin, the business grew quickly and eventually required dedicated facilities of its own.
In October 2019, Cai Hong was spun off as an independent company and moved into a 14,000-square-foot facility in Totowa, New Jersey.
In August 2021, Cai Hong moved main operations to a 78,000-square-foot book printing facility in Middletown, New York, while continuing to keep inventory and partial packing and shipping in Totowa, New Jersey.

Cai Hong offers high-quality color printing with quick turnaround service at competitive prices. This revised presentation places those strengths in a more professional and trustworthy framework for prospective customers.
The brand still feels like Cai Hong, but the visual hierarchy, spacing and messaging now present the company more like a capable manufacturing partner rather than a basic brochure site.
The company history and facility scale are given more weight and context.
Prospective clients can understand the business story more quickly.
The page now better matches what buyers expect from a production company.
The update preserves the original color tone and business identity.
